Do you have change facilities?Our centre offers unisex change facilities for your convenience, consisting of baby change tables and individual change rooms. For your convenience we also provide baby wipes and nappy bins.

What swim attire is required?Re-usable swimming nappies are required for hygiene reasons to prevent faecal accidents. Babies and all children who are not toilet trained outside of swimming lessons must wear a swimming nappy. Parents/carers are asked to wear appropriate swim wear and to change in the private change rooms provided.

How much notice is required for cancellation and can I get a refund?Two weeks written notice is required for all cancellations. There are no refunds available.

How many students per class?Parent/child classes have a maximum of 6 students, plus their accompanying parent/carer. Seaturtle classes have a maximum of 3 students per class. All other learn to swim classes have a maximum of 4 students per class. Stroke correction classes have a maximum of 5 students per class.

Do you offer a free trial class for new customers?Yes, we offer a trial lesson/assessment to ensure we find the most suitable class for your child. Contact us directly to make arrangements.

How long is each lesson?All classes run for 30 minutes. We also offer make up lessons according to terms and conditions outlined in our membership policies.

Is there parking available at your swim school?Whilst parking is available at our centre, please ensure you arrive at your lesson with adequate time to find parking in our shared carpark. All customers must park safely and considerately, in KOOL SWIM SCHOOL or VISITOR spots. Kool Swim School is not responsible for any damage to vehicles whilst parking at the centre.

How do we pay our fees?Fees are paid via Direct Debit monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.
