PROGRAMS

BABIES

Our babies program is divided into three stages according to age. All classes have a maximum of six students, accompanied by an adult.

JELLYFISH

Jellyfish is for our youngest swimmers, ages 3-12 months. Classes are designed to allow you to bond with your baby whilst teaching them to be happy and confident in the water, hold their breath on cue and submerge under water.

CLOWN Fish.png

CLOWN FISH

Clown Fish is for swimmers aged one to two years. Classes are designed to allow you to bond with your child whilst teaching them to be happy and confident in the water, hold their breath on cue, submerge under water and practice motor skills and mobility.

 

Puffer Fish.png

PUFFER FISH

Puffer Fish teaches children two to three years old that still require a parent in the water. Classes are designed to build confidence in the water, teach breath control & basic instructions and improve independent mobility to allow them to transition without a parent.

LEARN TO SWIM

Our Learn to Swim program is divided into four levels. Sea Turtle is the only age depended group two to three years of age while Penguin, Seal and Dolphin are ability dependent. All levels are 30 minutes duration.

SEA TURTLE

Sea Turtle class is for two to three years of age children that are comfortable with the water and can do lessons without a parent. Most children progress to this level from our parent child program. Children learn how to swim independently a dog paddle style and back floating and survival skills. This level has a maximum of three children. 

DOLPHIN.png

DOLPHIN

Dolphin class is ability dependent, where children from Seal graduate. Children learn freestyle with bilateral breathing and backstroke technique swimming eight metres. This level has a maximum of four children.

PENGUIN.png

PENGUIN

Penguin class is for three years+ age children that have no swimming ability, where we teach them familiarity with water, breathe control, buoyancy and mobility. Children learn how to swim up to six metres independently a dog paddle style with pop up breath and independent back floating. This level has a maximum of four children.

SEAL.png

SEAL

Seal class is ability dependent, where children from Penguin level graduate. Children learn the freestyle technique, which we call overarm, swimming up to six metres and independent back kicking. This level has a maximum of four children.

STROKE CORRECTION

Our stroke correction program is divided into two levels, Marlin and Shark, which are ability dependent. All levels are 30 minutes duration.

MARLIN

Marlin class is ability dependent, where children from Dolphin graduate. Children swim 16 metres fine tuning the freestyle technique and the backstroke technique while building stamina in these strokes. Children also learn the breaststroke kick and the butterfly kick, with a maximum of five children in this level.

SHARK.png

SHARK

Shark class is ability dependent, where children form Marlin graduate. Children learn the breaststroke and butterfly technique over 16 metres. Children will swim 32 metres of freestyle and backstroke while maintaining good technique with these strokes and building stamina over this distance. This level has a maximum of five children.
